BAD BAD BAD SERVICE EVER

<p>I am so frustrated I don’t even know where to start. first they have very rude agents who do not want to assist.</p> <p>I have more than 3 weeks trying to get my insurance claim processed but they are always giving me excuses for the first they have been telling me that they did not get my application. whiles I sent it successfully had to fight for that guy to finally look for it and process my claim, now for the whole two weeks they have been telling me that they are waiting for a usage report which doesn’t take even a day for them to get, but every time when i call them they kept on telling me that they are resending it because the initial agent submitted an incorrect <br /> IMEI no. lastly I had to fight with Dineo Tiro and Her team leader Busisiwe Mtshali who promised to call me back within a day that was on Thursday till today I’m still waiting for their cal...................</p> <p>really I regret the day i decided to join this insurance company they just make people’s lives leave in hell.</p> <p> </p>
