BAD!!BAD!!BAD!!!!!!

I have two cellphones insured with Finrite (what a mistake). I have had and am still having nothing but endless pathetic problems with Finrite to get my two phones FIXED!!! The one i sent in for a repair through Edgars in Febuary of this year, i had to send it back 2x for the same problem after the first so called repair and now they want me to pay for a second time because they couldn't fix the same problem the two times before! I arrive at Cell C today to collect my phone that i sent in the 1st of July this year and it hasn't even been touched!!! The screen is still cracked!!!! Even the manager at this cell C store told me that they have endless problems with FINRITE!!! NEVER INSURE WITH FINRITE (Cellsure or whatever other name gets used in stores for them) FINRITE IS USELESS!!! I am still waitng for a reply on my email i sent them on 16/10 regarding my Edgars phone, TYPICAL!! And while Finrite tramps all over me as a consumer i have to borrow an ancient phone from a CLIENT at my work just so i have something to use while Finrite ****S AROUND with me!!! Take my advice, i now speak from experience, FINRITE IS A SHARK OF A COMPANY WHO DOESN'T GIVE A **** ABOUT YOU!!!
