bad /appalling service all round

This should be the worst insurance that I have ever come across. Bought a phone in December at Game, insured for 70 rands. they made a 103 rand deduction without my consent. Now the phone is damaged and they required 150 excess fee which I paid ,phone was collected at my workplace by their courier without any prior arrangement wit me. They went quiet about the progress of the repair ,until I probed, via endless emails, they responded that I must pay 600 more excess, I had refused, this and further cancelled the insurance, have been waiting for my phone , I AM IGOIN TO REPAIR MY PHONE ,it has been with them since the 10th Feb.....they deducted a further 103 this month......this is theft as I have not signed for the 103 premium......Please do not bother responding with your automated reply for complaints, they are as useless and never respond to emails......STAY AWAY
