BAD AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

My partner holds a good standing Foshini Group account for more than 15 years. We bought a mobile phone 3 years ago and insured it with Finrite. The Hisense device got lost and the claims process has been painful ever since. No Feedback received at ALL. When follow ups are made, we transferred from Pillar to post.. Finrite are not Administrators to protect you assets with... They are in the business of robbing people and not insuring!!!!!!
