Awaiting payment

Why is it that you guys are so slow in your service delivery. I am complaing about a laptop that was purchased from Game and was insured but up until today and numerous emails and calls to them nothing had been done. But to ask for their money they are on the phone to you. I am have been trying for the past 3 months for them to pay me out for a laptop. Shoddy service from manager and staff. Only know how to make promises after requesting you to make this payments but the most useless business. I am appauled.
