Avoid!!! Tell everyone to avoid FINRITE!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would!!!! I opened a claim for a cracked screen and handed in the device on the same day to my nearest Telkom store. More than 2 weeks later, Finrite has still not collected the device from the store despite following up twice and being promised that the phone would be collected. I called again for the 3rd time and now Finrite says I must call the Telkom store to call Finrite to tell them to collect the phone. Are these people HIGH??? I pay premiums every month on time without fail and come claims stage they don't want to lift a finger. I will put it on my WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram that Finrite needs to be avoided at all costs and anyone with contracts with them are better off saving money every month then to give it to these vultures.
