Appauling Service

<p>There is no communication whatsoever the company. I have sent in my phone TWICE for repairs and on each ocassion they have taken a minimum of a month and a half to replace the phone. All their phones can never be repaired an always replaced, but this never communicated. For anything to be attended to one has to abrassive and harsh. They have no understanding for the basic principle of "Customer Service". I would never refer this company. Shocking and consistantly appauling service.</p> <p> </p>
