Appalling Service from Telkom Insurance

I am totally disgusted by the level of service provided by Telkom Insurance. I don't know where in you customer service training is it acceptable for you guys to have a customer lodge a claim and receive no feed back for almost two weeks on top of your rude call centre consultants who act as if we owe them something. I lodged a claim with you guys on the 4th of July 2018 and have never been called to receive any feedback and the only email I received from you was the reference number of my claim. If I didn't call you myself I would never know any progress regarding my claim. How do you expect me to function with no Cellphone for this long? Telkom and finrite insurance will be debiting from my account on the 25th of July for a cellphone I didn't utilize for the month of July? Does that sound normal to you? Is that normal mode of practice for your company? Ensuring that your customers are unable to rely on you services regardless of them paying month to month for the particular services? I cant call you this week again and be told that Finrite is trying to retrieve a usage report from Telkom who has been "Offline" for this long that is highly impossible. It is either someone is not doing their jobs or I am not valued as a customer which could explain why I am given the run around. Please get your act together as I cant function this long without a cellphone, you are literally prohibiting me from my work duties.
