Appalling service from Finrite

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service from Finrite. Been trying for over 2 months to log a claim for my cellphone and when I finally got hold of them this morning, they told asked me why I am logging the claim late. 1. It's an impossible taks to get through to your Call Centre. 2. Your mailbox seems to be self-managed.

All I want is for my phone to be fixed/replaced!!!

I've been paying insurance for more than 2 years.... This is horrific!!!
