Appalling Service

I called *** at 11:44 today, 09/07/2021, to ask for a claim form because I could not find it on Telkom.co.za.

The man who answered the phone advised me to go to telkom.adminclerk.co.za. and I advised him that the site could not be found.

He then advised me to go to telkom.admin.co.za and this took me to a completely different website that had nothing to do with insurance or Telkom. I advised the man on the phone of this and asked him where I could get the claim and he just hung.
