Appalling experience EVER.

It has been over a month of countless calling and false promises made by this company. I have not been paid out my claim which was meant to be settled in 72 hrs. They shifted the blame to Hollard who are the underwriters. Now they have no leg to stand on. They gladly accepted my access money but they have failed to settle my claim.

Dear fellow citizens. Take care who you deal with. Not all companies are reputable. I will follow up again on what happens.
