Appaling Service delivery by Finrite!!!

I am exasperated, to say the least!! Never in my life did I ever imagine of being in the position I am currently in. I have been insured for my mobile with Hollard administered by Finrite through my Edgars/Edcon profile for over 6 years. I filed a claim on November 28 2020 and 2 months later the claim has not been processed, I still don't have a phone, I have been sent from pillar to post, jump through so many hoops, following up on my claim and a couple of hundreds Rands later spent in airtime and hours wasted on the phone. My claim has not been processed, no communication, no progress ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLVE!!!.. after years and years paying for a service, this is the treatment I get!!. I am exhausted and with great disgust at how my claim is being administered or rather not even being attended to!! would not recommend anyone to take up any insurance products administered by Finrite !! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!
