Amazing Service
I would like to show my outmost gratitude towards an agent by the name of Bianca Du Plessis at finrite call Centre, she assistant me regarding my lapsed cellphone insurance. I have never experienced such an amazing service, I was upset when I called in but she handled me like a pro. Which most agents don't do very well. Thank you Bianca for such a refreshing service, you are truly a star and you deserve to be recognized for your call handling difficult client skills.
