Ackermans funeral policy finrite

i was called by a representative from ackermans regarding funeral policy of which i took but have not received anything from finrite, i then called and i was told it will be sent but they didnt send. i called again and the guys assured me that he is sending the document to my email until today.

today i decided to cancel the policy as im about to receive my ackermans statement of which i will be debited for a policy that i didnt even read and understand and make sure im satisfied with. i was told of the 30 days waiting period and that i will be debited. i have not read that terms and condiotion of 30 days since you didnt send the policy document.

so please cancel that debit order as i have cancelled that polity today. i cant pay for something i dont know.
