Abysmal customer service
I wish there was a lower score based on their reviews and lack of responding to those reviews it proves the abysmal results and devastating customer service. DO NOT INSURE WITH VODACOM PLZZZ IF YOU DONT WANT MIND NUMBING HEADACHES!! The consultants are clueless, rude, you will wait what seems to be a lifetime for assistance they will literally drive you from calm to iRate. I do not recommend even VODACOM as a whole unresponsive and ***********.
