Absolutely useless non-response from Finrite Administrators.

This is a company that administers the insurance for Vodacom - useless. I called the *** solid for 3 days - no response - music and then a timeout. I call their business directly *** to complain and believe it or not - no one answers the phone - again only music. I cancelled my insurance with them in June 2019 and they continue to charge me monthly for a device I no longer have!!! Someone from Finrite PLEASE CALL!!!
