Absolute *******!!!

When I got my cell phone from Cell C I requested insurance, this was approximately 3 years ago. When my phone was upgraded I requested for the insurance to be changed to the new phone. So now as it happens my phone got damaged, so I head to Cell C. Cell C phones CSure only to be told I don't have any insurance with them. Must be my mistake but wait - when I check my bank account....there are the debits. So I call them..... I must now prove that there are debits as they can't find me on their system. So I send through my bank statements, only for it to be undeliverable because their mailbox is full. So I phone again, this time the lady says it can't be full because she is getting other emails. So in other words you can take my money and then claim I'M the **** too. She hangs up on me so I call again. This time a gentleman can find me on their system but the phone they have insured is my old phone which is not even in existence anymore!!! So I've been paying for insurance for 3 years for absolutely nothing and no one will do a thing about it! Their admin is so bad that they can't even tell if I'm a client or not and I must believe them when they say that I never updated my policy. They are absolute ******* and con artists.
