ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY

Telkom should stop using your company as an insurance provider because your system is completely out of control and the company should shut down for good. I sent in a claim in December 2019, it has been 7 months and NOTHING!! Are you joking? Telkom won't let me cancel my contract without a penalty fee, they won't give me a new phone or a refund and all the guys in the store could tell me to do was complain and wait for an email? Absolutely outrageous and I will NEVER be associated with either Telkom or Finrite once my contact ends in September, I am so excited to be done with this ****. NEVER RECOMMEND FINRITE OR TELKOM because the customer service is so poor. Both companies are an abolsute joke.
