A very unhappy and disappointed client

I am not sure if Finrite is a legit company or not. This is now my second review of this company. They failed to send me an email /sms regarding the access fee and banking details of which to deposit the money however they are now able send me the below sms stating that the claim has expired. I really do not know what to make out of this.
