A very frustrated Finrite customer

I will never work with Finrite administrators or even recommend it to anyone else. The Service is very bad, As from the 6th of May I have been calling to put through my Claim but until today I have never been able to put a Claim, they always tell me that they can't find me on their system. How is that even possible if I pay my Account every month .Three different agents has promised to escalate the Query to their Supervisor but still no help. I've went to two different Telkom stores to send documents required but it seems like Finrite administrator's is not interested in helping me. I would be very happy if they can get back to me and help me this time.

Hey I would like to thank Hellopeter for helping lots of people but with my case it is different. Finrite promised to contact me regarding my claim but no body has ever contacted. Still I'm the one that's contacts them. Every time I call them , they tell me to call again in few days.... I'm very much concerned
