A employee that does her job

After the past 3 days calling and getting no assistance from said employees ,An employee by the name of Nosipho was able to assist my 64 year old mother with her claim.We are beyond grateful for her commitment to customer service whilst others were lazy to even listen ,We had to constantly repeat ourselves .She was able to not only listen but call us back when our airtime ran out ,went to locate our payment from finance and organized a person to call us back for a replacement phone ,she deserves recognition.What are there others employed for if they cant also do the same.
