A Bunch of *****

<p>I was promised by this company they told me that my phone is covered immediately when I then claimed after my phone was ****** I was advised that I would need to pay an amount of R2000 as an excess fee = 50% of the device value, however the explanation given to me was said that I would only pay 10% excess fee when claiming. This is why I feel that you are a bunch of *****. You said one thing when it came to delivering this thing you made it 5 time more expensive what do I look like money bags? I was using a black Huawei P9 Lite and now I have a white Huawei P9 lite, you guys could not even get that right why did i take insuranc with you again? (Please answer me that)</p>
