5 star service - Ngiyabonga
Yesterday (20/01/2016) morning i called finrite to find out if the store had sent through my claim documents which i submitted on Tuesday (19/01/2016), I Spoke to Nompumelelo Metshaavha who not only offered a friendly, efficient service. She was also able to get my claim approved within a day, this is the first time i have experienced such. Finrite I hope you are aware and rewarding her for her friendly exceptional service, she sure is a keeper. Truly a 5 STAR SERVICE - NGIYABONGA. Please ensure she gets this message
