5 months and still waiting

i purchased a huawei tablet from markhams and took out insurance with finrite, i had a problem with the device and took it to markhams who sent it to finrite, markhams and myself have been contacting the insurance company but each time they respond by saying they will call back before the end of the day, it has been 5 months since the device has been submitted and to date i have not had any satisfaction or had any feedback or progress update concerning the device from finrite. I cannot believe that in this day and age a company can render such appalling and pathetic service and just could not be bothered by how much they are inconveniencing me as a client. i cannot comprehend that none of the managers has taken this up or that the different people we have spoken to have just not bothered to escalate this matter. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH AND WANT MY DEVICE SORTED OUT IMMEDIATELY. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED AND IRRITATEDVWITH THIS PATHETIC HANDLING OF MY CASE.
