4 months waiting for cellphone claim

4months later and R200 access and R220 00 in airtime i still dont have a replacement cellphone. You wait forever for a consultanr, they always off line today i spent R60 on airtime got through to a consultant she said my access was not uploaded to my profile and i had to old on again i ran out of airtime again she did nt call me back yet the insurance must get paid everymonth. Business should do their homework before contracting companies. Also emails do nt get answered.
