4 months and claim is till not processed

Very disappointed with Finrite. I logged a claim in 4 months ago, every time I followed up on the claim I am told that my claim will be logged and I will get fees back the following day and guess what? 4 months down the line I still haven’t received any communication from Finrite. The funny thing I get two sms’s every month reminding me of my debit order for the premium but they cannot communicate or process a claim in time.
