3weeks waiting

Reference no TC031649 i played a claim 3weeks ago payed the excess 3weeks ago up until to day my phone not delivered. You call finrite for hours and hours and they pic up they put u on hold until they drop the call....i really regret taking this insurance. Telkom doesn't even care.
