What normally takes 7 - 10 days took me 3 days with Finrite. so sad I as I always had to call and follow up and get Ref no for collection of cellphone and delivery. ...on top of that I had the cell for 2 hours after receiving and the screen cracks while holding it my hand ( clearly not original glass used and now after not even a full week the charging port does not work and battery wornt charge unless placed in a certain way . I can see they changed the whole frame. but my phone is worse useless then it was before I sent it. Glad I cancelled as its no use paying and getting back something that's no better then it was before. Get rid of DRC and use someone that knows what they Doing!! they no use
