I am writing to you to as I am very dissatisfied with the service received by Finrite.

I have an iPhone 8 plus. I have had 2 claims on my phone as follows;

• Sept 2018 – Phone was ****** – Hence I got the iPhone 8 plus. I paid an excess of R750 • May 2019 – The phone was being faulty. It kept dropping calls and switching off. The screen also cracked. I paid an excess of R1500. August 2019 – The phone was not working correctly after received in June. I emailed Finrite several times from July and asked for a way forward with no response. Eventually I just took it to Telkom in August and sent it back to Finrite, hoping then I can get a hold of them.

Now I am asked to pay a fee of R2000 to fix it. How am I to know whether you will definitely fix it this time?

Also when I took the contract out initially, I was in band R12,501 - R15,000, so my first excess was R750. When you replaced my phone, you put me in a higher band. Apparently now I am in band R15001 - R20,000. Why was I not first asked if this is ok? I was not told that my band would change or that it did. I was not sent an updated contract with the new IMEI number either.

What is the warranty on your work? I shrill to think it is 7 days. You mean I will pay an excess of R2000 and after 7 days if my phone drops calls again, then I must send it back and pay again? When I complained in July, it had been a month since you sent it to the branch and I collected. Please check all my email correspondences that received no reply.

I also stayed on the call for 35min and your operators were rude and cut me off! Twice!
