30 minutes holding on the line, ****** ridiculous

<p>I would like to find out how many people phone the administrators on a daily basis. How can I hold for 30minutes for someone to take my call?</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a claim to report and that won't be possible if no one is picking up. </p> <p> </p> <p>This company is ****** *********** as it is I am annoyed at the fact that I had to spend so much money on airtime for no one to reply. First you hold for a good 10 minutes then only after a voice prompt for high volume of calls comes through. *******!</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone assist, how about you guys phone me back.</p>
