3-5 Working days = 40 Working days. General Knowlegde

<p>I am horrified to say the least. I registered a claim on the 06 February 2017. Today is the 30/03/2017 count how many 3-5working days passed. Then after calling numerous times i was told that the phone was discontinued, I requested Cash Pay out. called after 72hours and they confirmed that the UNderwriters approved the pay-out and I will get on the 24th March Latest. Then I called on the 24/03/2017 because the cash was not deposited. Today on the 30th March I called them 4 times on average 6 minets on all calls. So you tell me if there was aever any service provided. I want my money because I already bought a new cellphone and you can be rest assured I got another insurance elsewhere. And you better not debit my account.</p>
