2Months

I was pick pocketed on the 31st of August 2017. went to the police station to get all the relevant documents I needed on the 2nd of September 2017. Submitted everything that was required from me on the 4th of September 2017.

I sent follow up emaisl almost every day for the past month. I had t call I was never contacted or even emailed with a turnaround time.

Yesterday surprisingly after almost a month and a few weeks I get an email requesting for an address with a payment which I did seconds after.

No apology. so remorse for their client's no communication. nothing

A friend of mine was ****** last week and has her contract with MTN with Monitorkzn insurance for MTN. received a device within 7days. isn't that great service.
