10 Months Claim still waiting

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>I have logged a claim with finrite telkom last year in October and till today nothing has been done, i have called hundrands of times and its either they dont have answers to my questions or they dont answer the calls. i have been paying the insurance ever since the phone got lost since October 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>i will lay a formal complient with the insurance ombubsman because this highly unacceptable. </p>
