Telkom Insurance

I submitted claim about 2 weeks ago And since then I have not received any feedback regarding my claim Every time I contact the callcentre, they inform me that they still waiting a usage report If possible , I am without a cell phone and I feel this is not the service I Deserve and starting to be ridiculous Next Step would probably be to take this matter and put it on SOCIAL MEDIA ( FACEBOOK AND HELLO PETER) and warn all other customers NOT to take insurance with Telkom Insurance underwrite by FINRITE Insurance has been paid and I would like to know what is the problem And The Staff, the most Pathetic Service I have received
