loan aggreement that has not been fulfilled as per the contract terms

I have app**** for a loan with this company that has a FNB account . The company has initially requested for a payment of R3599 for the registration of the loan but due to the amount of the loan ,they have asked me to pay extra R4500 or provide a copy of the Police clearance certificate .i have asked for the first payment to be refunded as I was not happy to be paying anymore money . They have rejected the request in stating that the contract does not specify the extra funds needed to gain the loan amount of which no credit checks was performed . Above you will find the attachments showing that I have agreed to what is noted in the agreement and is totally dissatisfied with change of agreements methods due to the breach of the loan contract terms and not specifying that a PCC is required or even R4500 will need to paid to transfer the funds of R200 000 ,i have requested that the R3599 be transferred back into my bank account, all communication has been done via email ; ********** directed by Mrs Caroline Steyns.

i am requesting that this webpage can escalate this issue so that i can be given back my money of which my bank Capitec and FND are not willing to reverse the funds into my account
