Claimed phone not replaced since October 2020

I made a cellphone insurance claim at finrite and paid acceas in October 2020. Everytime I enquire about the replacement they tell me rhe will escalate my query to thr the replacement department but till date I have never received the phone or a call from replacement.

They don't even keep record of the calls cause they claim I never made a follow up with them. I even asked that they cc me when they send email but they also refuse. I have been paying the insurance every month till date.

Finrite is just another ****, they are happy to take our money but not replace the phone, people must be careful of insurances that swwks to suck money from clients buy not deliver when they have to
