Worse service with no customer care

This was not the first time I bought shoes from them. Normally, I purchased their shoes straight from the Market in Pretoria. This was my first time ordering shoes from them over whatsapp and it has been a nightmare. I feel that they are quick to send you banking details and once they have received the monies due they are out of sight and I am out of mind. 05 January 2024 - Placed my order for x3 pairs of leather shoes with Hester and did an eft. Her response was that they do not have size 5 shoes in stock and have to place an order for these shoes. 24 January 2024 - Have not heard a word regarding my shoes and I made contact. 31 January 2024 - No response to my whatsapp. 03 February 2024 - No response to my whatsapp. 04 February 2024 - Hester rep**** and stated that she will receive my order in this week. 08 February 2024 - Hester responded to my whatsapp stating their clipping machine is not working. 19 February 2024 - No response to my whatsapp. 26 February 2024 - No response to my whatsapp. 01 March 2024 - Hester responded to my whatsapp stating that she had to undergo an eye surgery on both her eyes and could not see to respond to my whatsapps. I asked for a refund on the amount I paid over and she rep**** with when my shoes are sent she will send me a free pair together with my x3 pairs I have ordered. 07 March 2024 - Hester respond to my whatsapp stating that my shoes are on their way but now they do not have the white leather pair in stock and I should choose another color in the leather. I responded to this whatsapp received with another color and again no response received back from her. 11 March 2024 - no response to my whatsapp. 15 March 2024 - no response to my whatsapp. Today, 20 March 2025, I see that my whatsapps are still left on unread. The next step for me will be to attend to the Market in Pretoria and face them directly. I will demand the x3 pairs on the spot as I have all the evidence on my phone. If they deny this or come with more lies, I will get the police involved as I feel that they are taking money from clients without providing the goods and this is a ******** offense.
