Mothersday Nightmare

I received for Mothersday a gift voucher. We have been very patient with them and when I asked if they can refund me rather since they have not even made them after 3 months I got threaten that I must remove my comments about their service or else they wont refund me. They blocked me on FB rather stay away from them they are very unreliable and do not deliver
