Bad service

I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes on 22 Dec 2023. Still waiting. Sent messages but no response. I have bought several pairs of their shoes at their shop, but this pair was on order. Couple of weeks ago I went to find out where my shoes are and why no reply on my messages. They didnt even have a record of the order or payment! I phoned again 2 weeks later and attitude was it has only been 2 weeks. I told them I was going away and wanted to take the shoes with. Already left and sent a whatsapp ysterday asking my money back. Message shows read but not blue ticks. Of course still no response. I have bought something like 10 pairs from themand they have my money but this is how I am now treated. If they cant even do the admin they should find someone who can.
