AMAZING PRODUCT/Understanding delayed turnaround times

I have personally been a customer of Finleys from as far back as I can remember. I understand it is a small family business and that everything is run by the owners themselves. I have never had a single issue with any of the products I received - the shoes have been of the highest quality and lasts forever. I know there have been some hiccups on their side with production and turn around time and I have been compensated every single time i’ve had to wait for my order. Truly an amazing product and owners who go the extra mile to make sure clients are taken care of.
