Very unhappy Client

I'm very unhappy with this company they double debited my account on a date that I didn't agree on and the never answer their phone or emails. Very bad customer service if your clients cant get a hold of you. I am cancelling my contract with these guys immediately. No one wants to do business with a person who is always out of reach.
