This company seems like a ****

I was busy making an application with them when they sent me two debichecks which i accepted, i then on the phone advised the consultant i do not want to proceed with the application. she advised she is reaching out to her team leader to cancel the debichecks of which she came back to me the following week Friday saying its cancelled. on my banking app it still showed active. i sent multiple emails with no response. the consultant is also no longer responding to my messages and answering my calls. this morning my account was debited and i have no way of reaching them. tried calling their callcentre number but no answer.
