Terrible customer service

I am not happy with the services I received. The lady that assisted me her name is Nolu and she has a very attitude, poor customer service. I asked her to cancel the mandate she made and she keeps changing stories that it’s been cancelled or they are going to cancel it. You can 100 times a day they will never answer your calls, you will call and call and call and when they finally answer they give you attitude. Nolu has a bad attitude
