The company sales representative called me wanting to assist being in the position i was i needed the help and agreed to them helping me and 3 payments where made to them since October last year 2023 till date i have not received any feedback from them, when calling their lines their receptionist (Busisiwe) is very rude and says "My problems are not hers" says the same person whos employed by the company that has not given me my services i have paid for, i just wish they could stop everything and refund me my cash back i will see what to do with my debts cause i have lost hope and respect for this institution.
