FUNDS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

Good day... I trust you are well... Well, one of the consultants from SA Finlaw called me to explain the procedure of how it works with helping me manage my debts since I have a bad credit report and they were going to clear my debts.. I was tempted and I listened further until it came to the point where they told me that I needed to pay R800 for them to check or pull my credit report, and I was told they were gonna split the amount into monthly installments. I then gave my account details to the lady I was on a call with but now as they explained how they were going to clear my debts I got confused and I stopped right there as it was not what I thought it was. I told the lady to call me back after an hour before I can confirm that Is agree to the terms and all that. I was surprised to see them debiting R100 from my account but we didn't confirm nor finalize anything. I tried sending them emails requesting that they refund me but there is still no response, I sent several emails. I am not happy with how things happened as I didn't give them a go ahead to finalize everything on my behalf.
