FALSE INFORMATION GIVEN

Last month, I got a call from an advisor who caught me at my worst as I was looking online desperately for a loan. We had a conversation and towards the end she spoke of a fee. I told her I do not want any payments leaving my account and she said there will be no payments leaving until I receive help and that I just need to accept the debicheck for her to continue. I was under the impression that I was getting assistance for a loan, only to see a recurring debicheck of over R700. Today after almost a month she calls me to talk., when I advised that I want the debicheck cancelled she then begins to speak over me, stating that she has been attempting to contact me to explain the process but has been unable to reach me; this was said on a recorded line, so how can they expect to take my money if the contract or agreement was not properly explained to me? I am already in financial difficulty, and now this. The advisor was unpleasant and repeatedly spoke over me. Even when I told her that I never signed or agreed to anything, she remained arrogant and spoke over me constantly, claiming that she tried to call and clarify but I was busy. If any payment is deducted from my account on July 29, 2024, I will sue these individuals. I require a call recording of the initial conversation because I was led to believe that this organization was assisting me. BECAREFUL THEY PREY ON PEOPLE THAT ARE IN DEBT ..MRS K.BHANA
