Cancelation of debit order from Finlaw

I have tried several of times to cancel the agreement for Finlaw to remove me from debt review and red flag from my FNB account. Transunion took over after I complained that I get no reply or answers from Finlaw at all . Finlaw has put a block on the payment after I said to them that they must reverse the payment because I got absolutely no help or answers from them and no reply from all . My emails. Fnb said that I need to speak to Finlaw to to cancel debit order and cancel the block which I did and still no reply. My ref DL6191_3 R710. Please.
