Bad service

An agent from this company called me at the beginning of August and I asked the lady I was speaking with to set the debit date to be the 27th of September and the consultant told to not be alarmed as on my mandate it will show the 25th with out realizing that the 25th of Sept is a holiday I said ok. On the 25th of August they debited my account. I called today and they gave me a silly excuse that their system doesn't set futuer dates I said ok now that was not said to me on the day and since we now know can I have my money back and set the correct debit date... they said I'll receive a call. Their service is poor. They don't answer calls on time. Can we get this company to shut down if they don't know how to work with people.
