Bad service

I am so not happy with th service of this Company. R800 has been deducted from my account, no contract was sent to me, nothing at all. Am trying to be I. Contact with them to reverse my money back, I keep on going back and forth with them. Am so disappointed to a point whereby I feel like bursting out.
