bad customer service

I was dealing with a guy by the name of Bafana who had a pathetic customer service , I called in several occasions without them coming back to me , a debit went through but no assistance from them ,instead every now and then when I call , i was told by the superior he said Bafana doesn't want to speak to me and I wont get any refund from them , please do not accept any calls from this people , their customer service is pathetic and its a money making **** ,,no joy from them.
